Leaving BA

24 Jan

A few days too late, these thoughts were written down when I didn’t have internet connection.

There was something sad about leaving a city you just spent 5 weeks in, though it did seem like I was getting restless, and my itchy feet were calling me to go on.

Buenos Aires was great. It was a large modern city with European architecture that reminded me a lot of New York. But unlike New York, I was able to kill it down here, and for the first time since starting my business, really feel the fruits of my labor. A favorable exchange rate made it all possible and I lived a luxurious lifestyle over the last few weeks, renting an amazing apartment, sampling top cuisine, and never really worrying about how much I had spent.

I think I can make it in this city. The opportunity is there.
